BLA believes that people of Punjabi descent use natural resources in Balochistan.

The Baloch Army has threatened the Pakistani government

Among the passengers hostage by the BLA are army activists, paramilitary forces, police and intelligence agencies. After the train hijack, the BLA issued a statement and gave the Pakistani government an 48 -hour ultimatum. The BLA claimed that if the Baloch leaders were released in Pakistan jail, we would leave all the hostages. In addition to these, Balochs also threatened the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor that they should leave Balochistan. If the Pakistan Army takes any action, we will kill all the hostages.

The Pak Army started the operation even after threats

Despite the threat of the Baloch Liberation Army, the Pakistan Army launched a campaign to save its people. According to Pak media, 5 hostages have been released so far and 2 27 fighters have been killed. The BLA, however, claimed that five Pak army soldiers died in the operation, though none were killed. The Pakistan Army or the police did not formally commented on the train hijack.

Did BLA release women and children? The minister replied

BLA fighters have claimed that they have released women and children, but Pakistani officials have denied their demands. The Home of State of Home has said that the hostage has been rescued by the security forces, which the train stopped in the area, police officer Rana Mohammad Dilwar said the security forces surrounded the area, but there were news that they had taken hostage of some women and children.
