Gujarat Titans New Owner IPL 2025: The Gujarat Titans Franchisee IPL got a new owner before the start of 2025. Ahmedabad -based Torrent Group has purchased Percent 67 percent of the shares in the GT franchise. The ownership of this team was earlier with the Irealia Company’s Private Limited, which operates the CVC Capital Partners. Earlier, the Gujarat team had 100 percent partner with the Irealia Company. The Board of Control for cricket in India has also approved the transaction.
When the party purchased, the Torrent Group issued an official statement saying, “All the conditions have been adopted and we have completed the party acquisition process.” The Torrent Group now has 67 percent shares in the squad, and 5 percent shares will still be with the Ireel company. Remind you that the Torrent Group has given information about the contract signature on February 12 and the whole process has been finalized before the IPL 2025 begins.
The Gujarat Titans was established in 2022 and in the first season, the team won the IPL 2022 title under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya.
